What’s the Spring Break BUZZ??
Calling all bug lovers! Join us March 14-28, 2026 for our Spring Break program: ‘What’s in Your Backyard?’ Learn about what bugs and plants live in Nanaimo, a.k.a. your backyard! Play I Spy and a matching game and make a DIY Terrarium with us.
When you get home, look out for some of these bugs and plants in your “backyard”: your balcony, neighbourhood park, garden, or any nature spot you love.
What’s in Your Backyard? is included with admission by donation from March 14-28, Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-4pm. It’s fun for all ages with adult participation.
