Streets Ahoy! Captain Stirling the Seagull has just moved to Nanaimo! He wants to visit 8 spots in the city and see if he can find any treasures. But, he’s not a very good pirate! Captain Stirling is lost and confused. He needs your help to explore the city and learn about Nanaimo’s history. 

Due to popular demand, Captain Stirling is sticking around for the next couple of months! So drop by to learn to read a map, use a giant compass, and find your way through the tales of Nanaimo’s streets and places, all within Nanaimo Museum’s gallery!

Fun for children and families of all ages, Streets Ahoy! is available Tuesday to Saturday, March 29 to June 25, 10:00 to 4:00pm. Admission is by donation.
