February is the month of Groundhog Day and Valentine’s Day, and you know what that means! I Spy: Hogs ‘n’ Hearts!
The groundhogs and hearts are back in the museum for another I Spy! This year, they have some friends hiding with them: the Vancouver Island Marmots! Did you know Vancouver Island has its own species of marmot? It’s an endangered species, but their population numbers are improving thanks to conservation work by the Marmot Recovery Foundation. Visit the museum through the month of February, and keep those eyes peeled!
The I Spy: Hogs N Hearts program is available 10am-4pm Tuesday – Saturday, February 1-29, and is included with admission by donation.
