 Welcome to Africa's rich diversity through Afro Fusion Sharqi Dance -- a 
 new fusion style inspired by dance movements from five regions of the cont
 inent!\nIn this 1-hour open-level workshop\, you'll explore how movement a
 nd rhythm shift across Africa while discovering new ways to move and expre
 ss yourself. Open to everyone -- come connect with vibrant rhythms and cel
 ebrate the beauty of African dance.\n\nOpen to ages 13 and up.\n\nTickets 
 cost $25/person\, and pre-registration is required. Tickets are non-refund
 able and non-transferable to other dates or programs. A minimum of 20 part
 icipants is required for this program to proceed.\nPLEASE NOTE: Although o
 nline payment is made through PayPal\, a PayPal account is not required\, 
 only a credit card or debit card. Please note that no physical ticket will
  be issued. Your spot in this tour is confirmed once you have the PayPal t

 tural activist for Africa's diversity. Founder of the dance style Afro Fus
 ion Sharqi Dance\, she is also CEO of Africa Day Nanaimo. Africa Day Nanai
 mo 2026 is happening Saturday\, May 30 at Beban Park Social Centre.
