DESCRIPTION:Nanaimo Museum AGM\nJoin us for our VIRTUAL Annual General Meet
 ing online at 5pm on Tuesday\, September 22nd\, 2020.\nThe AGM will featur
 e the same content as usual\, just in a different format and should be abo
 ut one hour or less. Guests are welcome\, but only up-to-date members as o
 f 5:00pm on Tuesday\, September 15th will be eligible to vote.\n\nTo ensur
 e we have room for everyone yet still respect health guidelines\, this wil
 l be primarily a video meeting with select board and staff members present
  on-site along with the financial auditor. Members and guests are encourag
 ed to join via video if at all possible\, please sign up below.\n\nWe will
  be using the video meeting platform "Zoom" for the AGM. Instructions &amp
 \; tips on how to download zoom and access the meeting will be provided to
  all registrants at least a week in advance. We are unfortunately not abl
 e to troubleshoot technical issues that arise for individual guests during
  the meeting\, so please plan accordingly.\n\nMaterials such as the 2019 A
 nnual Report will be sent to registrants as a PDF the day of the AGM. Book
 ings close at 3:00pm September 22nd. Please contact Becka (admin@nanaimomu
 seum.ca) if you have any questions!\n\nIf you are a member who is unable t
 o attend via Zoom\, please contact Becka at admin@nanaimomuseum.ca to see 
 about in-person seating availability before 3:00pm on September 22nd. Thes
 e spots are very limited and will be granted on a first-come first-served 
 basis\, respecting social distancing and applicable health guidelines.\n\n
 Instructions on how to access the meeting will be sent to registrants via 
 email by the next business day.
