Nanaimo Museum AGM

Join us for our VIRTUAL Annual General Meeting online at 5pm on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020.

The AGM will feature the same content as usual, just in a different format and should be about one hour or less. Guests are welcome, but only up-to-date members as of 5:00pm on Tuesday, September 15th will be eligible to vote.

To ensure we have room for everyone yet still respect health guidelines, this will be primarily a video meeting with select board and staff members present on-site along with the financial auditor. Members and guests are encouraged to join via video if at all possible, please sign up below.

We will be using the video meeting platform “Zoom” for the AGM. Instructions & tips on how to download zoom and access the meeting will be provided to all registrants at least a week in advance. We are unfortunately not able to troubleshoot technical issues that arise for individual guests during the meeting, so please plan accordingly.

Materials such as the 2019 Annual Report will be sent to registrants as a PDF the day of the AGM. Bookings close at 3:00pm September 22nd. Please contact Becka (admin@nanaimomuseum.ca) if you have any questions!

If you are a member who is unable to attend via Zoom, please contact Becka at admin@nanaimomuseum.ca to see about in-person seating availability before 3:00pm on September 22nd. These spots are very limited and will be granted on a first-come first-served basis, respecting social distancing and applicable health guidelines.

Instructions on how to access the meeting will be sent to registrants via email by the next business day.
