Nanaimo Museum AGM

Join us for our VIRTUAL Annual General Meeting online at 5pm on Tuesday, September 21st, 2021.

Due to uncertain public health guidelines, our 2021 AGM will be in the same format as last year (Zoom). Guests are welcome, but only up-to-date members as of 5:00pm on Tuesday, September 14th will be eligible to vote.

To ensure we have room for everyone yet still respect health guidelines, this will be primarily a video meeting with select board and staff members present on-site along with the financial auditor. Members and guests are encouraged to join via video if at all possible, please sign up below.

We will be using Zoom again as the video platform for the AGM. Instructions & tips on how to download Zoom and access the meeting will be provided to all registrants upon registration. We are unfortunately not able to troubleshoot technical issues that arise for individual guests during the meeting, so please plan accordingly.

Materials such as the 2020 Annual Report will be sent to registrants as a PDF the day of the AGM. Bookings for this event close at 3:00pm September 21st. Please contact Becka (admin@nanaimomuseum.ca) if you have any questions!

If you are a member who is unable to attend via Zoom, please contact Becka at admin@nanaimomuseum.ca to see about in-person seating availability before 3:00pm on September 7th. These spots are very limited and will be granted on a first-come first-served basis, respecting social distancing and applicable health guidelines.

Instructions on how to access the meeting will be sent with registration confirmation. Please do not give out the zoom link directly, but you are welcome to send people to this event page to register! Thank you for your understanding.
